Then let us take you to find it.

Our regional voyages

Of course, for some, travel is about all of the above, which is why many of our regional voyages explore a large variety of countries, with a wide range of destinations and experiences. Whatever your reasons for travelling, you’ll find the right voyage for you here.

For some, travel is all about exploring extreme landscapes and climates. For others, it’s all about lounging on white sandy beaches, the sway of palm trees the only sound they hear. And for others, it’s all about visiting iconic cities and enjoying exciting and exhilarating nightlife. Our regional voyages allow you to take a deeper look at specific parts of the world, as you discover their most characteristic ports, places and peoples. From the Arctic to Antarctica, from Northern Europe to the South Pacific, you’ll experience all the personality of each of these regions in legendary Silversea comfort, luxury and style.

Get an in-depth look at the world, North to South, East to West.

MORONDAVA, MADAGASCAR | Included Expedition Activity

•Exclusive opportunity to visit Belo sur Mer, a lovely Vezo fishing village south of Morondava •Travel to Kariega Game Reserve, 10,000 hectares of wilderness offering a wonderful wildlife experience. Kariega prides itself on the abundance of general game and bird life, supplementing the “Big Five” •Go snorkelling in and around the Aldabra Atoll, a UNESCO Marine World Heritage Site •Watch the sunset from the ruins of Sumhuram, one of the oldest sites in Oman and a UNESCO World Heritage site •Discover the breathtaking natural beauty and abundant wildlife of the Hluhluwe Imfolozi Game Reserve on a panoramic afternoon game-drive excursion ending at sunset •Explore Walvis Bay and get a look up close at the Namib desert

Explore Kirindy Reserve, one of the most outstanding and threatened wildlife habitats in Madagascar, also known as the “dry deciduous forest.” See the incredible Avenue of the Baobabs, a tree that is Madagascar’s symbol, a point of local pride and an endangered species. You’ll also get to participate in reforestation activity as part of an ecotourism effort run by NGO Fanamby. The avenue has been a centre of local conservation efforts and was granted protected status, the first step towards making it Madagascar’s first natural monument.

ARABIAN NIGHT EXPERIENCE IN THE DUNES | Selected Shore Excursion

Admire the expansive beauty of the Wadi Abhyad Dunes during this scenic half-day, evening dune excursion with dinner. A favourite among Omani locals, families and expatriates on a day out, there are also fantastic night grills and adventure-seeking experiences on offer, by Dunes by Al Nahda Resort. Upon arrival at the Wadi Abhyad, your driver will take you for a scenic and exhilarating ride around the dunes before a sumptuous barbecue dinner is served, right among the dunes. After dinner, you’ll board your 4x4 jeep again and commence the approximately 30-minute drive back to the pier.
