Allow the sublime and traditional flavourings of the Sole Grenobloise to transport you to the South of France from Chartreuse. Italy is just a meal away via the authentic dishes of Sette Mari at La Veranda, like the subtly enhanced flavours of the Pollo alla Cacciatora . Deliver an exotic touch to your evening with an array of dim sum like the mouth watering Open-Top Pork and Shrimp Siu Mai with black truffle and yuzu sauce at Pacific Rim on Seven Seas Explorer ®, Seven Seas Splendor ® and beginning in 2023, Seven Seas Grandeur ™. COMPASS ROSE Our largest speciality restaurant sits at the heart of each ship, featuring exquisite selections, a multitude of choices and the ability to customise your meal. The dinner menu offers an endless combination of dishes to choose from, such as meat, fish and seafood items, prepared to taste, garnished with a sauce of choice and complemented with side dishes. Lunch is served aboard select ships and includes an exceptional assortment of items from Prime 7, Chartreuse and Pacific Rim. LA VERANDA Take in stunning ocean views while enjoying an elegant breakfast and lunch at the chic indoor dining room or al fresco on the shaded, open-air deck. Breakfasts include made-to-order omelettes, and lunchtime features hot carving stations among La Veranda’s extensive offerings. SETTE MARI AT LA VERANDA Wherever you sail, Italy is always part of your itinerary with this restaurant’s delicious dinner menu of authentic Italian specialities and fine wines. Each night La Veranda transforms into Sette Mari at La Veranda across our fleet. PRIME 7 Class and style emanate from our elegant steak house through our elevated and definitive American fare. Perfectly aged and seared, prime New York strip and porterhouse steaks, succulent Alaskan king crab and tender filet mignon are all served with the perfect accompaniments…and this only touches upon the mouth-watering selections at Prime 7. From les poissons like the perfectly prepared Filet de Flétan with braised fennel and artichoke tapenade to the delectable Carré d’Agneau en Persillade , Chartreuse is sure to please. PACIFIC RIM This dramatic speciality restaurant brings to life rich culinary traditions with a diverse array of wonderfully prepared Pan-Asian dishes for dinner aboard Seven Seas Grandeur™ , Seven Seas Splendor ® and Seven Seas Explorer ®. The sushi-grade tuna tartare is always an exquisite entrance into a journey of eastern flavours, from the spice and bite of a sriracha-prepared tiger prawn to the warm and familiar flavours of our masterfully prepared pad Thai. Reservations required. POOL GRILL Despite the casual ambiance, there is nothing simple about the fare, which ranges from delicious regional barbecues to the freshly grilled fish of the day. Delight in the perfect milkshake or an old-fashioned, hand dipped ice cream treat and enjoy lunch or a casual dinner on the Pool Deck aboard each of our ships. IN-SUITE DINING Dine in the comfort of your suite on a range of appetizers, main courses and desserts, including sandwiches, burgers, pizzas, soups, salads and a variety of plant-based options, all available 24 hours a day. Each evening, dinnertime may be enjoyed with dishes made to taste from the expansive Compass Rose menu, graciously served in your suite, course by course.
